Viljams Kokbērns Salazārs ir strādājis EU-OSHA kopš 1998. gada, kur viņa pienākumu lokā ietilpa pētniecības koordinācijas un nākotnes risku jomas, kā arī viņš bija atbildīgs par pirmo Eiropas uzņēmumu apsekojumu par jaunajiem un nākotnes riskiem (ESENER). No 2012. gada līdz 2021. gadam viņš vadīja EU-OSHA Profilakses un pētniecības nodaļu, kas aģentūrai izstrādā darba aizsardzības (DA) saturu. No 2021. gada līdz oficiālajai iecelšanai izpilddirektora amatā 2023. gadā viņš pildīja pagaidu izpilddirektora pienākumus.

Viljams Kokbērns Salazārs ir ieguvis bakalaura grādu tieslietās un maģistra grādu ergonomikā. Pirms pievienošanās EU-OSHA viņš ir strādājis akadēmiskajā pētniecībā, pētot uzņēmumu drošības kultūru, un privātajā sektorā kā ergonomikas konsultants un pētījumu vadītājs projektiem darba aizsardzības jomā.

Komunikācijas un veicināšanas nodaļas vadītājs

Rory Harrington

Rorijs Haringtons (Rory Harrington) sāka strādāt Eiropas Darba drošības un veselības aizsardzības aģentūrā (EU-OSHA) 2024. gada maijā kā Saziņas un veicināšanas nodaļas vadītājs, kas bija atbildīgs par izpratnes veicināšanu un kampaņu rīkošanu attiecībā uz drošību un veselības aizsardzību darbā ciešā sadarbībā ar ES un valstu partneriem.

Pirms pievienošanās EU-OSHA Rorijs strādāja Eiropas Pārtikas nekaitīguma iestādē (EFSA), kur 12 gadus darbojās saziņas jomā, veidojot saturu, vadot komandas un koordinējot sadarbību ar valstu un starptautiskajiem partneriem, lai informētu par riskiem pārtikas ķēdē.

Vibe Vesta (Vibe Westh) pievienojās EU-OSHA 2024. gada aprīlī. Vibe ir Prevencijas un pētniecības daļas (PPD) vadītāja, kas atbild par aģentūras tehnisko, zinātnisko un ekonomisko informāciju saistībā ar drošību un veselības aizsardzību darbā.

Pirms pievienošanās EU-OSHA Vibe vairākus gadus strādāja Dānijas Nodarbinātības ministrijā, pēdējo gadu laikā – par pastāvīgā sekretāra vietnieci. Vibe ir bijusi arī Dānijas Darba vides iestādes ģenerāldirektora vietniece.

Donianzu Murgiondo

Donianzu Murgiondo pievienojās EU OSHA 2023. gada septembrī. Kā Resursu un pakalpojumu nodaļas vadītāja viņa vada komandu, kas pārvalda cilvēkresursu, finanšu, iepirkumu, dokumentācijas, iekšējās kontroles un telpu pārvaldības jomas.

Pirms pievienošanās EU OSHA Donianzu vairāk nekā 16 gadus strādāja Eiropas Zivsaimniecības kontroles aģentūrā (EFCA) Vigo, vispirms kā Finanšu un iepirkumu sektora vadītāja, bet vēlāk kā Resursu un IKT nodaļas vadītāja vietniece.
