Involvere medarbeidere i planlegging av et trygt og ergonomisk snekkerverksted ved hjelp av SOBANE-metoden og simuleringer
Keywords:Da myndighetene i provinsen Namur i Belgia bestemte seg for å flytte reparasjons- og vedlikeholdsavdelingen til en ny bygning, ble snekkerne i avdelingen invitert til å delta i planleggingen av arbeidsplassen og snekkerverkstedets oppsett.
Denne casestudien viser hvordan man kan skape en trygg og ergonomisk god arbeidsplass når ledelse, snekkere, ergonom og arkitekt samarbeider. Ergonomen tilrettela prosjektet og arbeidet tett med to snekkere for å analysere risikoene og fastsette spesifikasjonene for det nye verkstedet. De gjennomførte ulike simuleringer for å finne den beste plasseringen for arbeidsstasjoner og maskiner i de nye lokalene, og tok hensyn til plassbehov i tillegg til HMS-aspekter.
