REDI – Business Network for LGBTI Inclusion and Diversity

REDI is a non-profit network association whose members include some of the largest Spanish companies and multinationals located in Spain. REDI has developed a number of activities to foster an inclusive and respectful environment in organisations, helping to eradicate socio-cultural prejudices and discrimination practices that hinder LGBTI workers’ professional development and performance and creating a safe working environment with reduced psychosocial risks.
