Maintenance safety of reeling machine

In the manufacture of conveyor belts, a holder on which the rubber strip is reeled is one of the most important elements of the reeling machine. The holder position has to be frequently adjusted to allow for differing sizes of rubber strip. To make these adjustments it is necessary to ease the holder’s mounting screws. If the screws are not tightened up again correctly, restarting the machine will be hazardous for the workers making the adjustments.
