Haldusnõukogu koosolekud toimuvad kaks korda aastas ja koosolekute protokollid avalikustatakse (vt allpool).

William Cockburn Salazar on töötanud EU-OSHAs alates 1998. aastast, keskendudes teadusuuringute koordineerimisele ja tekkivatele riskidele, samuti vastutas ta esimese uute ja tekkivate riskide Euroopa ettevõtete uuringu (ESENER) eest. Aastatel 2012–2021 juhtis ta EU-OSHA ennetuse ja teadusuuringute osakonda, mis töötab välja tööohutuse ja töötervishoiu sisu ameti jaoks. Alates 2021. aastast kuni ametliku ametisse nimetamiseni tegevdirektorina 2023. aastal täitis ta ajutise tegevdirektori rolli.

Williamil on bakalaureusekraad õigusteaduses ja magistrikraad ergonoomikas. Enne EU-OSHAga liitumist tegeles ta akadeemilise teadustööga, uurides ettevõtete ohutuskultuuri, ja töötas erasektoris ergonoomikavaldkonna konsultandina ning töötervishoiu ja -ohutuse projektide teadusjuhina.

Rory Harrington asus EU-OSHAsse tööle mais 2024 teabevahetuse ja edendamise osakonna juhatajana, vastutades tööohutuse ja töötervishoiu teadvustamise ja teabekampaaniate eest tihedas koostöös ELi ja liikmesriikide partneritega.

Enne EU-OSHAga ühinemist töötas Rory Euroopa Toiduohutusametis (EFSA), kus tegeles 12 aastat teabevahetuse, sisuloome, rühmade juhtimise ning liikmesriikide ja rahvusvaheliste partneritega toimuva tegevuse koordineerimisega, et teavitada riskidest toiduahelas.

Vibe Westh tuli EU-OSHAsse tööle aprillis 2024. Vibe on ennetuse ja teadusuuringute osakonna (PRU) juhataja, vastutades ametis tööohutuse ja töötervishoiu tehnika-, teadus- ja majandusteabe eest.

Enne EU-OSHAga ühinemist töötas Vibe mitu aastat Taani tööhõiveministeeriumis, viimati alalise asesekretärina. Vibe on olnud ka Taani töökeskkonnaameti asepeadirektor.

Donianzu Murgiondo

Donianzu Murgiondo liitus EU OSHA-ga 2023. aasta septembris. Ressursside ja teenuste osakonna juhatajana juhib ta rühma, mis haldab personali-, finants-, hanke-, dokumentatsiooni-, sisekontrolli- ja rajatisehalduse valdkondi.

Enne EU OSHAga liitumist töötas Donianzu üle 16 aasta Vigos asuvas Euroopa Kalanduskontrolli Ametis (EFCA), esmalt finants- ja hankesektori juhatajana ning seejärel ressursside ja IKT-osakonna juhataja asetäitjana.

See juhend on suunatud kõigis ELi sektorites tegutsevatele autojuhtidele/tööandjatele, töötajatele ja ohutusekspertidele, keda huvitavad sõidukitega seotud riskid.

Hankekonkursside korraldamisel on kaks eesmärki:

saavutada teenuste, tarnete ja ehitustööde soovitud kvaliteet võimalikult hea hinnaga.

Kohaldatavad õigusaktid, nimelt Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu direktiiv 2014/24/EL riigihangete kohta ning Euroopa Parlamendi ja nõukogu määrus (EL, Euratom) 2024/2509, mis käsitleb liidu üldeelarve suhtes kohaldatavaid finantsreegleid (uuesti sõnastatud), kohustavad EU-OSHAt tagama hankemenetlustes ja lepingutes võimalikult laia ja võrdse osaluse.
