Description

A seminar addresses how digitalisation is changing the nature of work and what students need to know before entering the workforce. Organised by our Estonian focal point, Labour Inspectorate of Estonia (Tööinspektsioon), it highlights how technology influences not only where and how people work, but also the risks that may come with it.

The programme introduces key topics such as occupational safety and health (OSH) responsibilities, workplace behaviour and basic labour rights. It also includes explanations about the function of the Labour Inspectorate, the support it provides and how to access its free tools and services.

Presentations and discussions cover what digital work means in practice, how to handle common workplace issues and practical tips for job interviews.
