Seminar reports

More than 400 occupational safety and health professionals, policymakers, social partners and members of EU-OSHA’s National Focal Point network came together for a two-day conference celebrating the end of the 2023-2025 Healthy Workplaces Campaign 'Safe and healthy work in the digital age', in Bilbao, Spain, on 3 and 4 December 2025.

One of the highlights of the event was the Healthy Workplaces Good Practice Awards ceremony, which celebrated inspiring projects from European organisations that used digital tools to improve safety, wellbeing and the overall quality of work.

The Summit also addressed work-related mental health and introduced the 2026-2028 campaign: ‘Together for mental health at work’.
