Complaints

You may submit a complaint with EU-OSHA’s Executive Director on matters related to EU-OSHA’s mission. EU-OSHA will reply to you within two months of receipt of your complaint. If you are not satisfied with EU-OSHA’s response to your complaint, further means of remedial action are available:

In the event of maladministration, you may lodge a complaint with the European Ombudsman  in accordance with Article 228 of the Treaty of the Functioning of the European Union. You may challenge the legality of EU-OSHA’s acts, omissions or behaviour before the General Court of the European Union at the conditions set out in Article 263 of the Treaty of the Functioning of the European Union.
