The procedure covers ICT Helpdesk services, web hosting, and development and maintenance of web and ICT applications in three lots. The tender process is designed to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, technological advancements, and efficiency improvements:
- Lot 1 - ICT Helpdesk services: The objective of this lot is to provide a reliable ICT Helpdesk service to meet EU-OSHA’s operational needs.
EU-OSHA requires daily ICT support, with the flexibility to scale up services for specific situations such as workstation migrations or special events. These additional services shall be provided upon request for a predefined and limited period. - Lot 2 - Web Hosting services: The selected contractor shall provide hosting services (including both staging and production sites) for EU-OSHA hosted websites and web applications.
Websites and web applications could be added or removed during the validity of the contract (we estimate that each year 1 new application could be added and 1 could be removed) - Lot 3 - Development and maintenance of web and ICT applications: This lot aims to find a contractor to provide comprehensive support throughout the entire lifecycle of EU-OSHA’s web and ICT products, covering both existing and newly developed solutions. The contractor will be responsible for development, maintenance, and user onboarding services for the duration of the contract.
