A webinar in Latvia focuses on the findings of the latest European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks (ESENER), examining how the country compares with the EU average and neighbouring countries.

Hosted by our focal point Valsts darba inspekcija, the event highlights emerging trends in occupational safety and health (OSH) management. Participants are introduced to the ESENER online data visualisation tool, which allows exploration of indicators relevant to national institutions and researchers.

The discussion concludes with contributions from social partners and the focal point, who analyse the national results, identify challenges and reflect on how Latvia can improve OSH management by learning from European and regional experience.
