Το εκτελεστικό συμβούλιο του EU-OSHA λειτουργεί ως διευθύνουσα ομάδα η οποία εποπτεύει τις επιχειρησιακές επιδόσεις του Οργανισμού και συνεδριάζει τέσσερις φορές ετησίως. Απαρτίζεται από οκτώ μέλη του διοικητικού συμβουλίου.
