The 2025 Consolidated Annual Activity Report (CAAR) highlights EU-OSHA’s strong contribution to EU policy priorities and sets the foundation for delivering on its strategic objectives. The Agency delivered 96% of its planned work programme and used 95% of its available budget.

Key highlights of 2025:

• Launch of the EU-OSHA Strategy 2025–2034, supported by an updated activity structure, intervention logics and performance monitoring framework.
• Delivery of key occupational safety and health data, including results and findings from the fourth European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks (ESENER 2024), OSH Pulse 2025 and further development of the OSH Barometer.
• Research and good practices supporting policy and prevention in areas such as supporting compliance to OSH, psychosocial risks, climate change, health and social care, cardiovascular diseases and occupational exposure to cancer risk factors.
• Continued growth of practical tools, with OiRA reaching over 334,000 users and more than 568,000 risk assessments.
• Successful closure of the Healthy Workplaces Campaign on digitalisation, with strong engagement across Europe and around 4,100 campaign actions.
