A new Eurobarometer survey reveals that most Europeans view artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies as beneficial for jobs, the economy, and society. 

Over 60% support the use of AI and robots at work, with more than 70% believing they boost productivity.

However, while a majority backs AI-driven decision-making, 84% stress the need for careful management to safeguard privacy and ensure transparency. 

The findings highlight a strong public interest in both embracing AI’s potential and ensuring responsible oversight in the workplace.
