The presidency of the Council of the European Union is held by Denmark from 1 July to 31 December 2025.

In a new international order marked by uncertainty, the Danish presidency will focus on building a strong and secure Europe that is also competitive and green.

The new Presidency will work towards a competitive job market with decent and fair working conditions, protecting jobs and ensuring the right skills for the future labour market are available.

EU-OSHA will continue to advocate for good Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), a key factor for the performance, profitability and competitiveness of the European workplaces.
