Starting on 1 January, Poland has assumed the presidency of the Council of the European Union. One of their key priorities is to shape a sustainable and inclusive future of work in the digital age, addressing challenges like the right to disconnect, impact to the job market and reskilling, aligned with the ongoing Healthy Workplaces Campaign

Other priorities are linked to how to respond to the challenges that the ageing transition brings to the labour market including active senior workers, and to promote an integrated labour market, integrating migrants socially as well as occupationally.

EU-OSHA will contribute to this agenda taking part in a conference in April to reveal new findings on digitalisation and its impact on occupational safety and health from its ESENER survey.
