The current information sheet is another reliable publication by Health and Safety Authority. The current information sheet provides general information on the use of professional grade high-pressure spray polyurethane foam (SPF) regarding chemical health and safety issues for SPF installers, in construction sector. The publication covers topics as follow: the potential health effects from exposure to SPF chemicals, protective measures,  the role of health surveillance and the key responsibilities of the employer in order to ensure a safe working environment where exposure to SPF chemicals. In addition, the information sheet introduces relevant legislation to work with SPF as well as useful sources of further information on SPF.
