Organised by our Spanish Focal Point, the Instituto Nacional de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (INSST), and the Institut Català de Seguretat i Salut Laboral, this event will address the challenges affecting women’s occupational health and advance the design of more inclusive, equitable and effective public policies.

The Congress will bring together national and international experts from different disciplines, fostering a rich dialogue between research, professional practice and public policy. It is conceived as a highly specialised forum for analysis, exchange and scientific discussion at the intersection of sex-gender, health and working conditions.

The event is aimed at a multidisciplinary audience interested in the relationship between work and health from a gender perspective, including health and social sciences professionals and students, experts in labour law and occupational risk prevention, and OSH practitioners.

Submission of papers and posters will be open from 1 September to 1 December 2026.
