The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) is planning to launch a call for tender with the following deliverables and objectives: 

Expected deliverables are:

• the contracting of the supply of security equipment related to fire detection and intrusion systems, including installation and commissioning services;
• the provision of maintenance services for this equipment (fire / intrusion), both existing and newly acquired. 

The overall objectives of the contract to be awarded are:

• to improve the overall security system; and, thereby
• to provide optimal security conditions for people, assets, and information at the contracting authority's facilities.

A site visit is foreseen as part of the procedure. Further details will be provided in the Tender Specifications.

The maximum total budget available for the contract to be awarded will be EUR 60.000,00€ excluding VAT. 

It is possible to express interest as an individual organisation or a consortium. However please note that invited candidates can submit a joint tender with other economic operators only if they have expressed interest in the planned procedure as a consortium.
