Procurement

Procurement. Workers in an office.

For its organisation and functioning, EU OSHA is in constant need of goods and services to support the implementation of its work programme.

Procurement procedures are conducted in accordance with the public procurement rules applicable to the European Union institutions and agencies, ensuring transparency, equal treatment, and the widest possible participation on equal terms.

All information necessary to participate in procurement procedures is provided either through contract notices published in the Official Journal of the European Union and/or through the EU Funding & Tenders Portal, which provides unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, to the tender documents and allows for the management of questions and answers related to the tender specifications and the procurement procedure.

At EU-OSHA we launch two types of procurement procedures:

  • Calls for tender: aimed at economic operators for the provision of specific services, supplies, or works in response to EU OSHA’s defined needs.
  • Calls for expression of interest: aimed at professionals interested in working with EU-OSHA as external experts.
