Description

Building on the success of a previous stakeholder meeting held earlier this year, a follow-up event is being organised in Rabat, Malta, to continue the discussion on occupational safety and health (OSH), psychosocial risks and productivity.

The central focus is the launch of the study ‘Exploring psychosocial risk factors and presenteeism in the Maltese workforce’, which explores mental health, motivation and attendance behaviour among workers in Malta.

After this presentation, a discussion brings together representatives from social partners, OSH experts and psychologists to share their perspectives on the results.  

The activity is organised by the Occupational Health and Safety Authority, our Maltese focal point.
