The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) is planning to launch a call for tender for the provision of hosting and organising the annual Healthy Workplaces Film Award (HWFA) by a European International Documentary Film Festival.
The overall objective of the contract to be awarded is the Festival’s organisation of the HWFA scheme each year during four years.

Expected deliverables are:
-    The establishment of a selection committee dedicated to the needs and criteria of the HWFA.
-    The constitution of a jury dedicated to the needs and criteria of the HWFA and the organisation of their participation in a jury during the Festival.
-    The organisation of a program dedicated to the HWFA at each edition of the Festival (for example, in form of round-tables, screenings and debates, workshops, etc).
-    The organisation of HWFA promotional activities before and during the Festival.
-    A program of possible extensions of the promotion of the HWFA at national and European level.

The maximum total budget available for the contract to be awarded will be EUR  100,000  for a period of 4 years (excluding VAT).
