A few kilometers from Saint-Brieuc, the Pactisoud stainless steel boilermaking company has constantly improved the working conditions of its employees through successive expansions. The company, which trains many apprentices, wants to put an end to the image of a dark and noisy profession that tends to slow down vocations.
Over the years, the facility has designed welcoming work environments: noise reduction, improved lighting and flow conditions, safer handling, prevention of chemical risks related to surface treatment, etc. An extensive training and apprenticeship program has accompanied the changes in the business, building team loyalty.
À quelques kilomètres de Saint-Brieuc, l’entreprise de chaudronnerie inox Pactisoud n’a cessé, au fil d’agrandissements successifs, d’améliorer les conditions de vie au travail de ses collaborateurs. L’établissement, qui forme de nombreux apprentis, veut en finir avec l’image d’un métier sombre et bruyant qui a tendance à freiner les vocations.
