OSHA/2026/LVP/0020-EXA- Time pressure – evidence from the European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risk (ESENER)-Low value procedure

The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) is planning to launch a call for tender for the provision of in-depth analyses of the ESENER findings on time pressure and MSDs. 


The overall objectives of the contract to be awarded are: 
-    to provide a comparative analysis of the 2014, 2019 and 2024 ESENER findings on time pressure and 
-    to complement them with additional sources (statistics, survey, expert interviews..) 
-    to shed light into the differences in reporting of time pressure as a risk factor. 
-    Additionally, to look into the impact of time pressure in the reporting of MSDs.
In this context, the project will explore the results from ESENER (and other sources) on measures to prevent psychosocial risks and MSDs. 

 
Expected deliverables are: 
-    main report, executive summary report and PPT presenting the main findings. 

 
The maximum total budget available for the contract to be awarded is EUR  60,000 (excluding VAT).

Economic operators may express their interest either individually or as members of a consortium. Please note that invited candidates may submit a joint tender with other economic operators only if they have previously expressed their interest as a consortium.
