Artificial intelligence is no longer simply transforming how we work: it is reshaping organisations, institutions, and societies. As AI systems increasingly influence decision-making, coordination, communication, and knowledge creation, the challenge is no longer solely technological. It is profoundly human, social, and political.

On 12-13 November 2026, Reshaping Work will bring together leading academics, policy makers, business executives, workers’ representatives, technologists, and civil society leaders in Amsterdam for AI@Work: The Human Frontier. Marking the organisation’s tenth anniversary, this special edition of the conference will reflect on a decade of research, dialogue, and collaboration on the future of work while looking ahead to the opportunities and challenges emerging at the intersection of AI, work, and society. Through high-level keynotes, interdisciplinary discussions, and forward-looking debate, participants will examine how AI can be governed and deployed in ways that strengthen human capabilities, democratic values, and societal well-being.
