REDI es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro en España de empresas y profesionales con el compromiso de fomentar un ambiente inclusivo y respetuoso en las organizaciones, en donde se valore el talento sin importar su identidad, expresión de género y orientación sexual. REDI ha desarrollado varias actividades con el fin, entre otros, de crear un entorno laboral seguro reduciendo los riesgos psicosociales.

Description
REDI is a non-profit network association whose members include some of the largest Spanish companies and multinationals located in Spain. REDI has developed a number of activities to foster an inclusive and respectful environment in organisations, helping to eradicate socio-cultural prejudices and discrimination practices that hinder LGBTI workers’ professional development and performance and creating a safe working environment with reduced psychosocial risks.
