Uključivanje radnika u planiranje sigurne i ergonomske stolarske radionice s pomoću metode SOBANE i simulacije
Keywords:Kad su nadležna tijela belgijske pokrajine Namur odlučile premjestiti odjele za popravak i održavanje imovine u novu zgradu, stolari zaposleni u tim odjelima pozvani su da sudjeluju u planiranju radnog prostora i rasporeda stolarske radionice.
U ovoj studiji slučaja naglašava se uspješna suradnja uprave, stolara, ergonoma i arhitekta na izradi sigurnog i ergonomskog radnog mjesta. Ergonom je pospješio provedbu projekta zahvaljujući bliskoj suradnji s dva stolara na analizi rizika i definiranju specifikacija za novu radionicu. Primijenjene su razne simulacije radi određivanja optimalnog razmještaja radnih stanica i strojeva u novom objektu, uzimajući u obzir prostorne zahtjeve i čimbenike zdravlja i sigurnosti.
