The 16–17 June Management Board meeting takes place at Bilbao’s B Accelerator Tower (BAT), EU-OSHA’s future headquarters from September. The BAT is a leading innovation hub, bringing together start-ups, corporate and public actors, creating a dynamic environment closely connected to the world of work.
Management Board members discuss key priorities ─ such as the topic for the Healthy Workplaces Campaign starting in 2029 and future research projects ─ while marking a milestone in the Agency’s move. The new setting reflects EU-OSHA’s ambition to bring occupational safety and health closer to the public, while strengthening engagement with local and international enterprises.
The Chair of EU-OSHA’s Management Board, Andreas Stoimendis, said: “This move underlines EU-OSHA’s commitment to safer, healthier and forward-looking workplaces, fostering innovation and strengthening our engagement with citizens and partners across Europe.”
