Description

A conference in Kostenets, Bulgaria, raises awareness on occupational cancer. It draws on the latest survey findings on workers’ perceptions of carcinogenic exposure, reviews updates on the Roadmap on carcinogens project and presents national initiatives helping companies create safer working conditions.

Discussions also address other occupational safety and health (OSH) challenges and preventive measures in high-risk sectors such as land transport. The conference places strong emphasis on good practices and cooperation among institutions, experts, employers and trade unions.

The event is organised by our Bulgarian focal point, Ministry of Labour and Social Policy (Bulgaria).
