Kostno-mišična obolenja, povezana z delom, negativno vplivajo na zdravje milijonov evropskih delavcev ter produktivnost in stroške podjetij v vseh gospodarskih panogah. Delavci so ključnega pomena pri obravnavanju teh pomembnih vprašanj.
V tem poročilu so predlagane metode aktivnega vključevanja delavcev v preprečevanje kostno-mišičnih obolenj. Vključeni so tudi praktični primeri in študije primerov podjetij, v katerih so delavci sodelovali pri uspešnem odpravljanju kostno-mišičnih obolenj.
