The University of South Australia, along with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and other worldwide universities, is conducting the Global Policy Review 2025, an international study that aims to map how countries are addressing psychosocial risks at work in legislation and national policies.
They are seeking input from experts (policymakers, labour inspectors, academics in areas such as occupational safety and health, union representatives, and employer delegates) to understand national responses to issues like excessive workloads, lack of role clarity or lack of social support.
The data collected will help identify global policy coverage and implementation challenges, directly impacting future policy and practice recommendations.
The survey takes 15-20 minutes, it’s open until mid-November 2025, and the results will be part of a global ILO report to be launched in April 2026.
