Au sein de l’unité de médecine interne et soins aigus gériatriques du CHU de Montpellier, dans l’Hérault, des tensions et un fort absentéisme étaient observés. Faisant suite à un diagnostic ergonomique, des aménagements ont permis de retrouver la sérénité. Les chambres sont équipées de rails plafonniers qui permettent d’utiliser des lève-personnes aux moteurs fixes ou mobiles.

Description
In the internal medicine and acute geriatric care unit of the Montpellier University Hospital, in the Hérault region, tensions and high absenteeism were observed. Following an ergonomic diagnosis, adjustments were made to restore serenity. The rooms are equipped with ceiling rails that allow the use of lifts with fixed or mobile motors.
