Healthy Fiscal Authority – Mental Health Promotion in Tax Authorities in North Rhine-Westphalia

Based on the framework of a healthy work organisation and of a holistic health management system, the aim of this project was the development, implementation, evaluation and transfer of a holistic health management system within the tax administration of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
