Calls

The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) is planning to launch a call for tender for the provision of a service where the contractor provides updated information on EU-legislation, etc. on Occupational Safety and Health. 

The overall objectives of the contract to be awarded are:
•    to search for, identify and add new legislation items (directives) and other soft law items (guidelines, social dialogue agreements etc.), 
•    as well as further items of interest so as to update and broaden information on the contracting authority’s legislation section of the website.

Expected deliverables are:
•    to provide a list of proposals to the contracting authority’s project manager regularly (e.g. every two months) for discussion at videoconference where final list of new items will be agreed upon.

The maximum total budget available for the contract to be awarded  is EUR  32.000 (excluding VAT).
It is possible to express interest as an individual organisation or a consortium. However please note that invited candidates can submit a joint tender with other economic operators only if they have expressed interest in the planned procedure as a consortium.
