Description

A webinar hosted by our Finnish focal point Työterveyslaitos in collaboration with Business Finland, national coordinator of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), examines how workplaces can ensure occupational safety and health (OSH) in times of crisis, focusing on aspects such as leadership, strategy and workplace culture.

The programme includes an exploration of worker safety and health during periods of organisational change, highlighting good practices from Finnish organisations across various sectors.

Strategic resilience, both in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and at the national level, is another key theme. Speakers present how businesses can adapt and continue to thrive in the face of external challenges.

At the webinar, SME representatives and others interested in change readiness are able to join discussions and ask questions that link research with real-world case studies and personal experiences.
