Description
A screening of Favoriten presents Ruth Beckermann’s documentary, winner of the Healthy Workplaces Film Award 2024, about a primary school in Vienna. Through everyday classroom life, the film highlights the issues of diversity, recent migration and limited resources while exploring the opportunities of multiculturalism.
Following the screening, participants - including anyone interested in occupational safety and health, the topic of the film and, especially, educators - are invited to reflect on the film and its relevance to occupational safety and health, with particular attention to integration and the role of supportive environments.
The event is organised by our Belgian focal point, SPF Emploi, Travail et Concertation Sociale – FOD Werkgelegenheid, Arbeid en Sociaal Overleg.
The same activity takes place in French on 7 October.
