Bei der ContiTech Vibration Control GmbH wollte man dies nicht länger hinnehmen und beschäftigte sich intensiv mit dem Thema Reduzieren von Unfallgefahren und Vermindern der physischen Belastungen durch Optimierung der Rundumsicht.

Description
Forklift operators spend most of the shift in the seated position associated with frequent lateral and axial spine rotations. After the eight-hour work shift feeling of pain or eventually stiff muscles can be expected in many operators. At ContiTech Vibration Control GmbH they no longer wanted to accept this and dealt intensively with the topic of reducing the risk of accidents and reducing physical stress by optimising all-round visibility in forklifts. This good practice example was nominated for the 2017 Safety Technology Award organised by BG RCI
