Health and safety information for relevant people - the bubbles

Ringway Jacobs Ltd., a company specialised in highway infrastructure services throughout England and Wales, inherited an overwhelming safety and health information dossier. This compilation of risk assessments, COSHH assessments, policies and procedures for all tasks for the different activities of 150 A5 pages raised the question of usability and time-efficiency. The intention was made to make health and safety issues more manageable, and simplifying risk communication to improve its efficacy.
