The European Forum of Technical and Vocational Education and Training organisation (EfVET) has released the ‘Well-Being of Managers in leading the Green and Digital Transitions’ position paper.

The document focuses on relevant occupational safety and health (OSH) topics for EfVET members and for VET schools’ managers across Europe.

These include the impact of stress on their well-being, its different dimensions, the connection with work engagement and satisfaction levels, as well as recommendations on well-being approaches and good practices.

EfVET is engaged in EU-OSHA’s OSHVET project to raise awareness of OSH issues among teachers and students in VET settings.
