The EC-funded IPA Action supported the participation of IPA Focal Point managers in the second EU-OSHA FOP meeting, organised by EU-OSHA in its premises on 16 and 17 June 2025. The FOP meeting was organised back-to-back with the visit to the EU agency by the Director General of DG EMPL of the European Commission, Mario Nava, and this was an excellent opportunity for the IPA FOP managers to have an informal exchange with him
On 16 and 17 June 2025, EU-OSHA organised the second FOP meeting for 2025. The aim of the meeting was to update EU Member State, EEA and IPA FOP managers about the new EU-OSHA strategy 2025-2034 and its Strategic Lines of Action, as well as about the new OSH projects implemented by the Agency.
The EC-funded IPA Action supported the participation of IPA FOP managers in the FOP meeting, further enhancing their inclusion in the EU agency network. The Focal Point meeting focused on "speed dating" short meetings, where participants were divided into groups and had the opportunity to be briefed by EU-OSHA project managers on the ongoing and future activities, as well as on the recent publications stemming from new finalised project outputs and collected data.
In the same period of the FOP meeting, EU-OSHA had organised the visit to its premises by the Director General of DG EMPL of the European Commission. The presence of Mario Nava was a great opportunity for the IPA FOP managers to have an informal exchange with him regarding beneficiaries' EU OSH enlargement priorities and strategies.
