Safety culture: a global approach, supported by the hierarchy

After a great amount of efforts in the area of engineering as well as safety and health management systems, the Avery Dennison had reached its limits of possibilities for improvement regarding technical progress as well as rules and procedures. In order to prevent more accidents and incidents, Avery Dennison decided that as a last step the culture at work and along with this, peoples habits needed to be changed.
