To mark International Women’s Day, we are publishing five case studies presenting interventions to prevent psychosocial risks from a gender perspective.

They highlight initiatives from the Netherlands, where over one in five women reported experiencing inappropriate behaviour at work, alongside examples from Denmark, Spain and Sweden. Another case study examines the experiences of migrant women in care, cleaning and domestic work, showcasing intersectionality and its implications in terms of multiple disadvantages.

They outline success factors, challenges and lessons for transferability.
