Migrant women working in personal and household services, including care, cleaning, domestic and digital platform work, may be exposed to several psychosocial risks.
This case study applies an intersectional perspective to examine exposure to stress, violence and harassment and presents examples of initiatives across the EU that improve protection, formalise informal work and strengthen prevention through labour inspection, collective bargaining and risk assessment tools.
