This case study describes how diversity considerations are integrated into questionnaires to assess psychosocial risks and through the development of an Online interactive Risk Assessment (OiRA) tool, supporting employers and prevention advisors in identifying and preventing discrimination, violence, harassment and other psychosocial risks.
