Can platform work be a steppingstone to more sustainable employment for people in a vulnerable position on the labour market?

Can we draw lessons from the experiences of people who are active in the platform economy?

This was investigated by a team from HIVA and VUB in a joint project financed by ESF-Vlaanderen.

The research consisted of a quantitative part based on a survey and a qualitative part based on interviews with various stakeholders.
