This case study explores the designated employer/employee model for micro-enterprises as an alternative to hiring external services. The model’s success lies in free training and awareness-raising.

Going forward, it is important to better understand how to improve engagement levels, especially the conversion rate of trainees into requests for authorisation, and the extent to which this preventive and pedagogical approach contributes to improvement in occupational safety and health practices.
