The MEGAP programme (Austria, 2016-2019) trained 249 labour inspectors and engaged around 700 companies to promote human-centred workplaces by integrating gender and diversity into occupational safety and health (OSH), reflecting the diverse circumstances of all workers. It aimed to embed these considerations into labour inspectors’ routine inspection and advisory services. It focused on vulnerable groups, with an emphasis on risk assessment, inclusion and psychosocial risk prevention. Key outputs included increased awareness of gender and diversity among inspectors and companies, as well as the development of good practice examples.
