La Fageda applies a person centred approach to prevent psychosocial risks through tailored inductions, flexible working arrangements, participatory governance and daily support from multidisciplinary teams. Measures include culturally responsive practices and forthcoming formal psychosocial risk assessments and are also based on a collective agreement. The aim of the model is to maintain well-being, inclusion and organisational cohesion as the organisation expands.
