The PrePS in Wood (Prevention of psychosocial risks in the wood industries) project raises awareness of psychosocial risks and promotes preventive action in the wood sector through an accessible toolkit that combines surveys, dialogue tools, guidance and leadership support. Developed with social partners and pilot companies, it helps companies to approach the topic in a pro-active way. The project encourages cultural change and supports sustainable well-being in both small and large companies.
