Ibec and its online community of good practice: supporting occupational safety and health compliance (Case IE4)

This case study outlines how Irish lobby and business representative group Ibec has developed into a member-led community of practice for occupational safety and health (OSH) compliance. The move to an online platform for communicating and facilitating good practice has resulted in a major member network facilitating improvements among peers in OSH compliance.

Ibec’s approach to OSH compliance has improved  reach, engagement and influence on OSH good practice. This online meeting methodology can be adapted and applied in other settings, including other EU Member States.
