Germany's Tele-OSH approach to ensuring consulting: supporting occupational safety and health compliance (Case DE1)

There are still major deficits in OSH support for SMEs and more specifically MSEs in terms of quality, comprehensive support and the effects achieved. Tele-OSH is intended to use video consultations to help overcome the challenge of ensuring OSH services in particular. 

This approach was positively received by OSH players across various consulting occasions, including the involvement of workers and support with OSH inspections as well as exchange among professional colleagues. Tele-OSH approaches are seen as a perspective for overcoming the lack of resources in the field of occupational medicine.
